Features:
1.Welding speed adjustment.
Welding speed also can effect the welding quality. If its too fast, it cannt get good protection after welding, the cooling speed will be fast, welding seam would not be good-looking. If it too slow, it can burn the welding sheet, welding seam would be too thick. So during welding process, the speed should not more than 30m/h.
2. Wire length.
The wire length coming out of the torch should be adjusted properly. If its too long, it would be easy to melt the wire, but it can bring big splash, welding process will not be steady, so the best length should be 10times more than the diameter of the wire. (if the wire is 0.8mm, the length should be 8mm)
